1. Processing of Personal Data<\/h5>\n

The controller of personal data for the online store cbdshop.ee is Green shop SIA (registration code 40203249140), email: cbdshop.estland@gmail.com<\/p>\n

  • delivery address;<\/li>\n
  • bank account number;<\/li>\n
  • cost of goods and services and payment-related data (purchase history);<\/li>\n
  • customer support data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Purpose of personal data processing<\/h5>\n

    • Personal data is used to manage customer orders and deliver goods.<\/li>\n
    • Purchase history data (date, items, quantity, customer details) is used to provide an overview of purchased goods and analyse customer preferences.<\/li>\n

      2. Legal basis<\/h5>\n

      Personal data is processed for the purpose of performing a contract concluded with the customer.<\/p>\n

      Personal data is processed to fulfil a legal obligation (e.g. accounting and resolution of consumer disputes).<\/p>\n

      Recipients to whom personal data is transferred<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Personal data is transferred to the online store’s customer support for managing purchases and purchase history and resolving customer issues.<\/p>\n

      Name and phone number are transferred to the transport service provider chosen by the customer and\/or the supplier of goods if the goods are dispatched by the supplier. In the case of courier delivery or if the customer orders the goods to a post office, the customer’s address is also transferred in addition to contact details.<\/p>\n

      If the accounting of the online store is carried out by a service provider, personal data is transferred to the service provider for accounting purposes.
      \nPersonal data may be transferred to IT service providers if necessary to ensure the functionality or data hosting of the online store.<\/p>\n

      3. Security and access to data<\/h5>\n

      Personal data is stored on Veebimajutus.ee servers located in the territory of European Union member states or countries that have joined the European Economic Area. Data may be transferred to countries whose level of data protection has been assessed as adequate by the European Commission and to companies that have joined the Privacy Shield framework.<\/p>\n

      Online store employees have access to personal data in order to resolve technical issues related to the use of the online store and to provide customer support services.<\/p>\n

      The online store implements appropriate physical, organisational and information security measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised access and disclosure.<\/p>\n

      The online store is the controller of personal data; the online store transfers personal data necessary for payment processing to the authorised processor Maksekeskus AS.
      \nThe transfer of personal data to authorised processors of the online store (e.g. transport service provider and data hosting) takes place on the basis of agreements concluded between the online store and the authorised processors. Authorised processors are obliged to ensure appropriate safeguards when processing personal data.<\/p>\n

      4. Access to and correction of personal data<\/h5>\n

      Personal data can be accessed and corrected in the user profile of the online store. If a purchase was made without a user account, personal data can be accessed through customer support.<\/p>\n

      5. Withdrawal of consent<\/h5>\n

      If personal data is processed on the basis of the customer’s consent, the customer has the right to withdraw consent by notifying customer support by email.<\/p>\n

      6. Retention<\/h5>\n

      Upon closure of the online store customer account, personal data is deleted, unless such data must be retained for accounting purposes or for resolving consumer disputes.<\/p>\n

      If a purchase has been made in the online store without a customer account, the purchase history is retained for three years.<\/p>\n

      In the case of disputes related to payments and consumer disputes, personal data is retained until the claim is fulfilled or the limitation period expires.<\/p>\n

      Personal data required for accounting is retained for seven years.<\/p>\n

      7. Deletion<\/h5>\n

      To delete personal data, please contact customer support by email. A deletion request will be responded to no later than one month, and the period for deletion of data will be specified.<\/p>\n

      8. Transfer<\/h5>\n

      A request for the transfer of personal data submitted by email will be responded to no later than one month. Customer support will verify identity and inform about the personal data to be transferred.<\/p>\n

      9. Direct marketing messages<\/h5>\n

      Email address and phone number are used to send direct marketing messages if the customer has given their consent. If the customer does not wish to receive direct marketing messages, they should select the corresponding link in the email footer or contact customer support.<\/p>\n

      If personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes (profiling), the customer has the right to object at any time to the processing of their personal data, both initial and further, including profiling related to direct marketing, by notifying customer support by email (this information must be provided clearly and separately from any other information).<\/p>\n

      10. Dispute resolution<\/h5>\n

      Disputes relating to the processing of personal data are resolved through customer support (email: cbdshop.estland@gmail.com). The supervisory authority is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (info@aki.ee).<\/p>\n<\/div>
