Terms of Sale and Returns
The owner of the online store CBDSHOP.EE (hereinafter the Online Store) is: Green shop SIA (registration code 40203249140).
Validity of the sales contract, product and price information
The terms of sale apply to purchases of goods from the Online Store.
Prices of products sold in the Online Store are listed in euros and shown next to the products. A delivery fee is added to the price.
The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the chosen delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order.
Information about the product is provided directly next to the product in the Online Store.
Placing an order
To order goods, add the desired products to the shopping cart. To place the order, fill in the required fields and select the preferred delivery method. The total amount is then displayed on screen and can be paid by invoice.
The contract enters into force from the moment the amount payable is received in the Online Store’s bank account.
Payments in the online store cbd.ee are made in euros only.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to being out of stock or for another reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded promptly, but no later than 14 days after the notification is sent.
Use of discount coupons
One discount coupon may be used per order.
We share discount codes in our Facebook group, and we may also send coupons by email.
Delivery
Goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia, Finland, Latvia.
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and the relevant pricing is shown next to the shipping method.
Domestic Estonian shipments generally reach the buyer’s chosen destination within up to 7 working days from the date the sales contract enters into force. Deliveries outside Estonia take up to 14 calendar days.
In exceptional cases, the right is reserved to deliver goods within up to 45 calendar days.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-store within 14 days.
Opened products cannot be returned!
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used in any way other than is necessary to verify the nature, properties and functioning of the goods in a manner permitted for testing goods in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than verifying their nature, properties and functioning, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refund amount in proportion to the decrease in the value of the goods.
To return goods, a withdrawal notice must be submitted and sent to cbdshop.estland@gmail.com no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the return is due to the goods not matching the order (e.g. wrong or defective item).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the notice, or provide proof that they have handed the goods to the carrier within that period.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Online Store will promptly, but no later than 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice, refund all payments received from the buyer under the contract.
The Online Store may refuse to make refunds until it has received the item that is the subject of the contract, or until the buyer has provided proof that they have returned the item, whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund the cost that exceeds the cost of standard delivery.
The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and reclaim the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods listed in the online store is significantly below the market price due to an error.
Right to file a complaint
The buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months of a defect becoming apparent by sending an email to cbdshop.estland@gmail.com.
The Online Store is not responsible for defects that arise after the goods have been handed over to the buyer.
If goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund the buyer all fees associated with the sales contract.
The Online Store will respond to a complaint submitted by a consumer in writing or in a form that allows written reproduction within 15 days.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The Online Store uses personal data entered by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, email address, bank details) solely for processing the order and sending goods to the buyer. The Online Store transfers personal data to transport service companies for the purpose of delivering the goods.
The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has expressed their wish to receive direct marketing messages by entering their email address on the website.
The buyer may unsubscribe from offers and newsletters sent to their email at any time by notifying us by email or following the instructions in the promotional emails.
Dispute resolution
If the buyer has a complaint regarding the Online Store, it should be sent to cbdshop.estland@gmail.com.
If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve a dispute by agreement, the buyer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The procedural conditions and the option to submit a complaint can be found here. The Consumer Disputes Committee has jurisdiction to resolve disputes arising from contracts concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. Review of a buyer’s complaint by the committee is free of charge.
The buyer may also refer the dispute to the European Union’s online dispute resolution platform.
