1. Products

Products in the online store cbdshop.ee are divided into product categories by group (e.g. “CBD oil”, “E-liquids”).

Products from all groups are visible by clicking the PRODUCTS menu link.

2. Adding products to the shopping cart

Clicking on a product image or name opens a more detailed product description. Find a suitable product and add it to your cart by clicking “ADD TO CART”.

You can view the contents and total of your shopping cart by hovering over the shopping cart icon in the top right.

In the cart, you can change quantities by clicking “+” or “–” in the quantity field. Products can be removed from the cart by clicking the X icon.

If you have a discount code, enter it and click “Apply coupon”. We share discount codes in our Facebook group, and we may also send coupons by email.

3. Completing the purchase

In the open cart, you can see the selected products, quantities and prices. To proceed, click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”.

For billing, enter the correct details for the buyer (name, phone, address, email). A transport fee is added to all goods depending on the chosen delivery method. More information about delivery options and prices is available under the “DELIVERY” link in the footer.

Choose a payment method – we offer payment by invoice.

Agree to the Terms of Sale and confirm the order by clicking “CONFIRM AND PAY”.

By placing the order, the sales transaction is considered concluded and the order invoice is displayed on screen. The order invoice is also sent to the email address entered by the customer. A separate invoice as a PDF document is also attached.

4. Payment for the order

The order will only be processed after payment has been made and the funds have been received in the account of the company operating the online store.

Payment on cbdshop.ee is possible by invoice.

The online store is the controller of personal data.

All payments are made in euros and are debited from the payer’s account in euros.

5. Delivery of goods

Goods are sent to the nearest Omniva or Itella Smartpost parcel machine throughout Estonia free of charge. In Finland, goods can be collected from a Smartpost parcel machine. In Latvia, goods can be collected from an Omniva parcel machine.

Domestic Estonian parcels are dispatched within 7 days. Parcels to Finland and Latvia are dispatched within 14 days.
